- Operation: Similar to Suburban and Swift gas water heaters with no control panel; the unit heats water to 60 degrees Celsius and uses a thermostat to maintain this temperature.
- Unique Design: Unlike other diesel hot water units, the Shilla unit heats water directly from the diesel furnace without requiring a continuously running water pump, making it more reliable, cheaper to run, and twice as fast in heating water.
- Electrical and Diesel Modes: Comes with a 10amp 240v lead; when plugged into a power outlet, it has an 8amp current draw and overrides the diesel burner, providing 22 liters of hot water. In the absence of power, switch to diesel mode for continued operation.
